How EMDR Only Works

When you choose EMDR Only, you'll work with one of our skilled EMDR therapists. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Assessment: We'll provide a form to gather information about your trauma and treatment goals.

  2. Preparation: You'll receive information about EMDR and how to prepare for your sessions.

  3. Planning: Your therapist will conduct an initial assessment to develop a personalized EMDR treatment plan.

  4. EMDR Sessions: You'll typically undergo 3-6 EMDR sessions.

  5. Review: After completing your EMDR sessions, you'll have a final review to discuss your progress and insights.

  • Michael Lambert: I'm a therapist using FIT, DBT, and CBT to help clients with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I'm experienced in working with families and young adults, and I believe in a client-centered approach.
